The idea is to bring all photography teachers within the Folk high schools together in a co-operative network. Important in our network is the annual phototeacher conference where exchange of educational experiences with photography, workshops, courses, phototrips and buidling contacts on a social basis. We also work together through the year with contact on the internet (this website) and mail, and we work with certain projects; such as "The Nordic Photo-students exhibition".

The Folk high schools are a Nordic phenomena, and you will find our schools in all of the Nordic countries, except Iceland. Our members include schools in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Greenland and Faroe Islands. More about The Folk high schools.
